We have recently gone through a difficult time of losing our aging dog, and the Aqueduct team went above and beyond to make her last moments special. It is clear they truly cared for her and were very helpful and compassionate throughout the whole process. I am so grateful to their team and feel confident about bringing my other pets there. I have never had a bad experience with them. I would highly recommend Aqueduct if you are looking for a vet that sincerely cares for the animals that they see.

Aqueduct has been the best, Dr. Pike and his staff are the most loving and most knowledgeable you could ever ask for. Our dog Mercedes life was saved by them when she was 6 years old and they gave us many more years of life with her. They worked with us when we were in tough spot to save her with organization to help at 6 years old.

Recently the vets and techs along with receptionist has gone above and beyond for Mercedes at 13 years of age, she had fluid built up around her lungs took a few months of antibiotics, diuretic, steroids to diminish that fluid she just was not recovering and could breathe very well, throughout the whole process of trying to make her better there was never a phone call missed they always took the time for questions I had. Dr. Pike even called to check on her before he was not going to be in for a few days.

Once things took drastic turn for the worst and the fluid cleared a bit we unfortunately could see a underlying issue with her lungs. Our family had made the tough choice of putting her at peace, and this process was not easy, Dr. Pike and his team were very compassionate and supportive, she is in peace now, and we can not thank this team enough for all of the great love and care they gave to not only Mercedes but to us as well.

I highly recommend this vet to anyone, they get to know everyone of their patients and are amazing.

Dr. Pike is the best he’s been taking really good care of my two dogs that have been sick. I am very fortunate to have the owner of this facility caring for my animals.

Every doctor we’ve seen here, for every single one of our dogs (2 of them now across the rainbow bridge), has been incredible. The doctors are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and we have never had a negative experience with any staff or doctors. They never rush us when asking questions or for advice. We love this place!

My first visit and I loved this place. Dr. Pike treated my puppy like he had been going there forever. He made me feel comfortable and I felt that I had made the right choice in choosing a vet for my pet. The connection was real ❤️❤️❤️

We had the pleasure of working with Dr Bouchard today, what a great addition to your practice! Our cat Alex has a complex set of problems and we were able to sort them out quickly and get him on the road to recovery. Dr Bouchard was professional, smart and very compassionate. I get it, our pets are our babies and they deserve nothing but the best. Let me say, Dr. Rocco and Dr. Caravaty are the absolute BEST! I will admit AAH wasn’t my first choice bc they’re a little far for me but I am SO glad I took the plunge. The entire staff genuinely loves animals and cares about every single one of their patients. I trust them with my dog and cat’s lives. Truly.

I walked into Aqueduct Animal Hospital expecting a guilt trip and instead I got compassion, understanding and a stuffed puppy.

Due to finances, we hadn’t been able to bring our sweet Rosie in for wellness visits and vaccines for almost two years. I felt embarrassed walking through the door but not once did anyone make me feel judged or ashamed. Mariah welcomed Rosie with so much excitement, like an old friend they hadn’t seen in a while.

What I appreciated most was that there was zero pressure. Both Mariah and Dr. Bouchard helped me prioritize the care Rosie needed and worked within our budget without making me feel like a bad pet parent.

And because apparently they care for humans too, when my one-year-old took a tumble during our visit, a staff member offered ice and even gave him a stuffed puppy. Honestly, I’m not sure who left happier, Rosie or my toddler.

If you’re looking for a veterinary office that leads with kindness, compassion and common sense, Aqueduct Animal Hospital is it. We’re so grateful to have them in our community.

Yesterday was our first visit, and both Bear and I loved it. Everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming. Dr. Jonson and the staff were fantastic; I felt very comfortable bringing my little Bear there. It’s wonderful that they also offer grooming and daycare services. I will definitely be using all of their services for my puppy! Thank you! :)

Liz Johnson is the sweetest. Vet Tech/assistant, her name is either Christine or Christina, amazing.

My sweet Penny girl had a foot injury, from god knows what. I took her to emergency (different from aqueduct) spend a grand for them to rack up random tests she did not need, and also just took her from me. Did not give me option to stay with her.

Vet Liz Johnson. Angel. Brought Christine/Christina into the room, so they didn’t have to take Penny from me, as well as equipment needed to check her out! Christine/Christina, picked my Penny girl up onto that table, as she said “like a potato” and my normally dramatic princess screams for her life. Not a peep from Penny.

Took her down like a calf at a rodeo on that table so easily, Liz Johnson found cut less than 60 seconds and gave shots as I blinked. What was two days of sick torture watching my 6 year old border collie in pain, these wonderful women took away in 5 minutes.

Amazing team. Pricing is super affordable. I’m just in awe and I’ll be taking both my dogs to Liz Johnson and the Aqueduct team for life.
