APPOINTMENT POLICY

Please call ahead for appointments, available Monday through Saturday. Emergency cases receive top priority, so occasional appointment delay is inevitable. We make a sincere attempt to see each client on time and to give each patient the same level of care and attention.

PATIENT ARRIVAL POLICY

Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, and other pets. We are also located on a hectic road. For the safety of people and animals alike, all pets must be in a secure carrier or on a leash both in our parking lot and in the building.

*We reserve the right to charge a fee for clients who miss an appointment without calling to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment.

PAYMENT POLICY

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash. We also accept CareCredit.

This is our private website.
